Merge Melody is a puzzle game for Apple TV. It has no accounts, no ads, no tracking and no analytics. This page explains the little the game keeps and where it keeps it.
What the game keeps
Your Adventure progress, the eggs you collect, your best times, your scores and your settings are saved on your Apple TV, so you can pick up right where you left off.
If you are signed in to iCloud, the game also keeps a copy of your eggs, best times and some settings in your own iCloud account, so another Apple TV signed in to the same account sees them too. Only you can see this copy. We cannot read it.
What the game does not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts or photos. We do not use advertising identifiers, analytics or tracking of any kind, and we never sell or share your data.
Playing with others
2 Player Split Screen is played on one Apple TV with two game controllers. Nothing about it leaves your Apple TV.
If you are signed in to Game Center, your best Endless score goes to Apple's Game Center leaderboard so your Game Center friends can see it. Game Center is run by Apple, and you can sign out of it at any time in your Apple TV's settings.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. The game only checks with Apple whether the full game has been unlocked.
Your choices
Settings, then Reset Adventure progress clears your Adventure progress and eggs. Deleting the app removes everything it saved on your Apple TV. You can turn off iCloud for the game in your Apple TV's settings, and sign out of Game Center at any time.
Children
Merge Melody is suitable for all ages. It does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version will be in the game and on our website, with the new date shown at the top.
